What are T-tests? 

T-test is a type of inferential statistic used to determine if we have a significant difference between the means of two groups. A t-test is used as a hypothesis testing tool allowing testing of an assumption based on a certain group. T-tests look at various numbers like t-statistic and t-distribution values and degree of freedom to calculate the statistical significance.
